The Law Clinic is designed to provide free legal aid to persons who are unable to afford legal assistance. It supports its activities on the voluntary work of students of the Department of Justice. Legal aid is provided by the students of the Clinic under the supervision of the lecturer responsible for the subject “Law Clinic” in public, criminal and civil law. The Clinic is a mechanism through which the further improvement of the education process of law students in the eighth semester is aimed at harmonizing theoretical knowledge with the practice of law enforcement. The Law Clinic aims to equip students with practical and concrete concepts and skills for the application of theoretical knowledge in support of legal defense and representation during every stage of the process (administrative, criminal and civil). The Clinic will serve not only as a theoretical and doctrinal background on the method of representation, but also as a practical component of interaction between students and institutions, under the supervision of lecturers.
