Kjo lëndë ka për qëllim të paraqesë si studentët mësojnë dhe si mësuesit u japin mësim, në mënyrë që mësuesit të jenë në gjendje të integrojnë zbulimet e arsimit psiko-sociologjik në mësim dhe dhënien e disiplinave të ndryshme të tyre. Tri komponentë kryesore të përfshirë janë : nxënësit, të mësuarit, dhe mësimdhënia. Temat për nxënësit janë teoritë e zhvillimit dhe të mësimdhënies, karakteristikat e studentëve dhe mësimdhënia, dallimet vetjake. Temat e të mësuarit janë mësimi i teorive, nxitja për të mësuar. Temat në mësimdhënie janë projektet dhe modelet mësimore.

Objektivat

Lënda ka për qëllim ti paraqesë pjesëmarrësve konceptet themelore sociologjike, teoritë, metodat studimore dhe temën në fushën e lëndëve fakultative të arsimit. Nëpërmjet metodave të ndryshme të tilla si: lexim, grup studimi, diskutim dhe kërkim, pjesëmarrësit janë në gjendje për të analizuar fenomenin e arsimit në një pikëpamje kritike dhe për të sjellë përmirësime për çështjen në fjalë.
