- Description
-
he selected methodology focuses specifically on the acquisition of communication skills in French. It offers a rigorous and systematic work which focuses on the acquisition of an isolated skill or several at the same time. The purpose of this method is related to the possibility that the student creates his own strategies regarding understanding and expression. In this module, the student deepens to a more advanced level, linguistic, communicative and cultural knowledge in French as a foreign language.
- Objectives
-
The teaching is in full harmony with the implementation of the Bologna process, EC guidelines on linguistic diversity, levels and abilities defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages as well as with the right of students to follow in the year of first a foreign language. Learning another foreign language will help students acquire the methodology of learning a language in a different perspective from that of the first foreign language they are studying. Also, this kind of distancing will help them better understand the functioning of each foreign language in relation to their mother tongue. The student has little or no knowledge of the French language. So, in this first module, he discovers the language and gets some initial knowledge about it.
