Description

Digital transformation is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing the way it operates and delivers value to customers. Digital transformation is imperative for all businesses, from small businesses to corporations. This message comes through loud and clear as the world becomes increasingly digital. What parts of our business strategy need to change? Is it really worth it? The pandemic has brought an urgent need for digital transformation and forced many companies/organizations to accelerate the transformation work. So resistance to this transformation could be very costly in the coming decade!
