Description

This subject deals with the maxims of Islamic jurisprudence, which were formulated by Islamic jurists in order to make it easier for judges to determine a juridical-religious evaluation and to reach appropriate decisions in cases that do not have a previous evaluation. The application of the general rules, the exceptions to their application and their connections with the methodology rules of Islamic jurisprudence are analyzed. The student is taught the procedure of the jurisprudence system by means of the rules and their practice, illustrating them with different examples. Thus, it is intended that the student acquires the relationship between the rules, the law and their application.

To learn the basic general rules of Islamic jurisprudence that have been formulated by scholars.
