This subject will include topics such as: Definition of the History of Islamic Thought, topic, purpose, method; basic terms and its source; the causes that led to the birth of madhhabs; discussions about matters of faith and politics as well as division into religious sects. It will also include the causes of the emergence of Madhhabs such as: Kharijism, Murxhi, Mutazile, Shia, Zaydi, İmamiye, İsmaili, Followers of Hadith, Ashari, Maturidi; duration of formation, main ideas, subdivisions, places where they spread, influences and contribution to the Islamic world.
