İn this subject we will deal with fundamental civil relationships in the Islam jurisprudence. The aim of this subject is that the students could be acquinted with the notion of jurisprudence. We will deal with fundamental notions of jurisprudence such as: The family right, the civil code, the right of the debt, the right of economy and wealth. The topics will be seen as article of laws, because it is aimed that the student could gain knowledge in the implementation of the laws, and fundamental terms of jurisprudence. Also in this subject is based on the examples of solving jurisprudence problems so that the students could be able in solving judicial and religious problems
