The course is special because it has two parts: The first part is the micro / teaching that enables students to obtain internships some teaching skills. The second part deals with the provision of practice in preschool where the student interns will stay in school for a semester system. The academic content of the course focuses on practicing the knowledge gained at university and reflecting on their practice getting. Technical and practical skills obtained through this course include introducing the students to the basic concepts and theories of curriculum development and the importance of curriculum development in guidance. Upon completion of the program students should be able to to have knowledge about counseling of children with special needs, knowing children with special needs in terms of their physical, perceptual, intellectual, social, behavioral and emotional development, providing experiences to understanding these children.
- Objectives

The main methodologies through which students will benefit include how to teach students in teaching and other fields related to a more efficient manner. Also by internships students have the opportunity to analyze teaching in preschool how to: 1. Explain theoretical foundations of curriculum development in Guidance and Counseling, examining curriculum development process in Guidance and Counseling, and learning need assesment process and tecniques. 2. Recognize curriculum development models, how to design a sample Guidance and Counseling curriculum, and knowing processes and elements of program development and evaluation. 3. Recognize disabilities confronted in special education, the causes of disabilities, the characteristics of disabilities and the important points in rehabilitation of disabilities and also special education. 4. Review the literature in the field of special education.
