The subject "International Criminal Law" studies criminal offenses with an international character, the principles for the criminal proceedings of their authors, the competent bodies for judging these criminal offenses and the procedures for exercising their activity.
- Objectives

• To exercise continuous control of theoretical preparation of students in the acquired knowledge in the field of international criminal law. • Through the seminars, the practical application of the theoretical knowledge gained from this discipline should also be checked, through the development of simulation trials.
