- Description
-
The execution of the criminal decision is the final stage of the criminal proceedings, but not of importance. It is a logical continuation of the previous stages and aims to implement the provisions of court decisions, which can be materialized both in final decisions, but also in cases of decisions, which are not final, but are criminal court decisions with immediate execution. Execution is undoubtedly a basic element of jurisprudence, given that, as long as there is a criminal court decision, there is also a stage of execution of this criminal decision given by the court. Execution of a criminal decision means the implementation of orders contained in a final criminal decision and decisions that, according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, have immediate execution, with the aim of re-educating convicts, restoring the rights of persons who have been unjustly prosecuted and the rights of legal entities affected by the criminal offense, influencing their prevention.
