The Criminal Law (General Part) class is aimed to illustrated the nature and scope of criminal law as well as the relationship between criminal law and the Constitution.
- Objectives
-
In particular, at the end of this course the student should recognize in detail with: -the meaning of the offense -its constituent essential elements -the meaning of the criminal act - The meaning of the object (social relationship) that is impaired by every criminal offense, the main qualities required by law on its subject (author) -the meaning of guilt, the circumstances in which the author of an offense may be excluded from criminal liability -the meaning of cooperation and the phases through which undergoes the process of committing any criminal offense etc..
